Unlike some other online retailers we give you the freedom of choice and accept all credit cards directly through our website or you may use Google checkout or paypal. All of which are secured methods of paying online.
Is it safe to shop online with Jerseyautoparts?
At Jersey Auto Parts, we guarantee your privacy and on-line shopping safety. We are secured by a Geotrust premium SSL certificate to ensure that your personal information is encrypted and secure when you communicate with Jersey Auto Parts. All billing information is processed by PayPal.com, an online bank owned by eBay. PayPal is secured by multiple industrial security technologies including solutions from VeriSign. We will never share your personal and private information with anyone, and any personal information collected by us is only used to properly process and deliver your order.
Shipping
-Do you provide international shipping?
Currently we offer world wide shipping on select products, please contact us before purchasing.
Absolutely yes! No hidden charges. The price you see is the total price you pay.
-Can I pickup the item in person?
No, currently we do not have a store front.
-Do you ship APO, FPO, PO Box?
We do ship overnight if you would like, however it's extra and not included in our free shipping prices. Please contact us before purchasing. Typically overnight shipping will run about $50-60.
-Can all my items be sent together?
Most of the time we will ship in one shipment unless it is being shipped from different warehouses.
Once we shipped your product, you will be provided a tracking number. We aim to deliver your purchase's as soon as possible. Therefore, either UPS, USPS, or FedEx will be used. Shipping can take up to two weeks with some items.
Purchases
-My purchase looks different then what I saw online
Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, or alternate manufacturers. Most products would not be affected except for gauges, which may have variations in font, mph or tachometer settings. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. -My purchase is not street legal
As state law varies from state to state, country to country, we cannot be liable for any legal issues which may arise due to the use of products. Buyer assumes responsibility for any violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of our products. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items.
-Do you provide any warranties?
We regret to inform that all Items sold are on an as is basis. Warranties that apply may be limited manufacturer warranties. However, you may wish to contact us.
-Can you gift rap my purchase?
Yes we would love to, for an additional fee. Please contact us before purchasing.
Vinyl Stripes
-Is there a self life for the vinyl?
Yes, the manufacturer recommends 1-Year shelf life also graphics & decals that have been pre-masked and rolled up for shipment are more difficult to put on as they age, all our graphics & decals are cut only after you have made a purchase. This way they are not sitting around on the shelf. It does takes a little longer for you to receive them but it's worth the extra time.
-What is better, to install the stripes wet or dry?
All stripes can be installed wet or dry it is your preference, the wet method is most likely best as you can slide the stripes and move them in case you don't have them in the correct placement as the dry method would ruin the stripes if it had to be pulled up and replaced.
-Why did my order not ship the same day?
All of our graphics, stripes, and decals are made to order to ensure the freshest possible product as vinyl products only have a one year shelf life and are shipped rolled up so you would not want stripes that have been sitting on the shelf rolled up for six months or a year. No worries with ours, they are fresh and easier to install. Most orders only require 2-3 days of production before shipped.
